I hadn't lost anything that whole time! Jezus. I've been on a diet before so I know not to expect results immediately but this was just ridiculous. Instead of stopping cold turkey and just going straight into diet food I ease my way in by mixing it with a few of the normal things that I eat. Unfortunately I work directly next to a Ledo's Pizza and while I don't get their pizza they have some really good sandwiches and flatbread combos that while delicious aren't so good for you. But after about a month of that I seem to finally be in the groove of things. While I do on occasion have something a bit fatty it's only every couple of days of so. My stomach no longer is constantly craving something. My routine is to now just eat a lot more lighter things throughout the day. That way I'm basically eating more smaller meals a day as opposed to less bigger meals. And it seems to be working.
In the past 9 days I've lost 5 lbs. Hells yes. Not drinking alcohol will also help this procedure go a hell of a lot quicker. Though I will be drinking next Friday for my friend's birthday.
